Users complete an intake questionnaire, receive a tailored plan, and can interact with an AI advisor for ongoing guidance.

Navly is not a substitute for professional advice. The action plans, chat responses, and recommendations provided by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and educational purposes only.
- Navly does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice.
- AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- You should always verify important information with qualified professionals before making decisions about benefits, finances, healthcare, or legal matters.
- Navly is not responsible for actions you take based on AI-generated content.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Navly, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
5. User Accounts and Data
To receive your action plan, you must provide a valid email address and first name. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during the intake process. The quality of your personalized plan depends on the accuracy of your responses.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
7. Uploaded Documents
Navly allows you to upload documents such as resumes and LinkedIn profiles for AI-powered review. By uploading a document, you represent that you have the right to share its contents. Uploaded documents are processed by our AI system to provide personalized feedback and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by Navly LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
The personalized action plans and chat responses generated for you are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service, including intake answers and uploaded documents.

10. Service Availability
