The short version

We collect what we need to build your plan, we use it to run Navly, we do not sell your personal information, and your employer sees aggregate engagement only, never your individual answers or activity.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address and your answers to the intake questions, such as your state, the basics of your situation, and what kinds of support you are looking for. If your employer invited you, they may provide starting details like your name, work state, and last day so your plan is ready faster. We also collect basic usage information, such as which tasks you check off, so the product works and we can improve it.

How we use it

We use your information to generate your personalized plan, answer your questions in the chat assistant, save your progress so you can return to it, send you service emails like sign in links, and improve Navly. We use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, email delivery, and AI processing. They process data on our behalf to provide the service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What your employer sees

If your employer offers Navly, their dashboard shows aggregate engagement only: things like how many invited employees activated and how many plans were created. Your employer does not see your intake answers, your plan contents, your chat conversations, or your individual activity.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your individual data with your employer. We do not use your data for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing team@navly.ai. You can also ask us what information we hold about you. We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers and limit access to personal data. No internet service can promise perfect security, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a problem affects your data.
