Terms of Service

Effective June 12, 2026

What Navly is

Navly helps people who are leaving a job get organized. It creates a personalized plan covering topics like health coverage, unemployment benefits, retirement accounts, finances, and the job search, and it offers a chat assistant that can answer questions about that plan. Navly is offered by Navly LLC of Brooklyn, New York. By using Navly you agree to these terms.

Navly is guidance, not professional advice

Navly provides general information and organization. It is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, or medical advice, and using Navly does not create any professional or fiduciary relationship. Deadlines, benefit amounts, and eligibility rules are set by government agencies and plan providers and can change at any time. Always confirm important details with the official source or a qualified professional before acting.

Accuracy and third party resources

We work to keep plans and linked resources current, but we cannot promise that every detail is complete, accurate, or up to date. Parts of Navly are generated with artificial intelligence, which can make mistakes. Links to government and third party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Your account and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use Navly only for your own job transition or on behalf of your organization as an authorized user, and not to misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.

Employer customers

If your organization offers Navly to its employees, the agreement between Navly and that organization governs the commercial relationship. Employees always use Navly at no cost, and employers receive only aggregate engagement reporting as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limits on our liability

Navly is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navly LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information in the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Navly evolves; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions are welcome at team@navly.ai.
